The role will ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and growth across geographies, while driving long-term client satisfaction and revenue expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadend-to-end customer onboarding, deployment, and trainingfor international enterprise clients. Driveaccount success and adoptionthrough proactive engagement, continuous improvement, and regular business reviews. Partner closely withSales and Product teamsto ensure customer feedback translates into actionable product and process improvements. Ownrenewals, retention, and expansionopportunities within key accounts. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Implementation and Project Management to deliver customer commitments on time. Managechange management and stakeholder engagementacross multiple client geographies. Support internal governance and reporting for key accounts, including SLA tracking and success metrics.Requirements6–8 years of experience managingenterprise international clientsin a customer success or implementation role. Strong understanding ofB2B SaaS/enterprise delivery models, preferably in mobility, logistics, or technology platforms. Proven ability to managemulti-country rolloutsand navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Comfort working in a matrix setup across regions and time zones. Willingness to roll up sleeves and preference towards candidates showing a high degree of ownership and agency in a lean setup
