About Project:

This project aims to revolutionize healthcare data management by developing advanced data pipelines and integration solutions. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare data ingestion, monitoring, and reporting. The project encompasses multiple tracks of work, including Release Management, DevOps, Data Solutions, FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), and Platform development.


About Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of healthcare data migration tools, integration frameworks, and analytic pipelines. This role involves providing technical leadership, driving innovation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions in compliance with healthcare data standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of tools for data migration, SMART on FHIR integration, and healthcare analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps for healthcare data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines, API integrations, and analytic engines.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams to ensure best practices in software development and architecture.
  • Handle escalations related to customer support, GitHub issues, and feature requests.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, SMART, HEDIS).


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
  • Strong expertise in back-end development using .NET, Python, or similar languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and serverless computing (e.g., Azure Functions).
  • Proficiency in API development and integration using OAuth 2.0 or similar authentication methods.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., ARM, Terraform, Bicep templates).
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and customer interaction skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific frameworks (e.g., FHIR, SMART on FHIR).
  • Experience in data migration processes and analytics frameworks.
