What You’ll Do Backend (Core focus) Design and develop backend services withPython (FastAPI) . Define and optimize relational schemas ( PostgreSQL/MySQL ). Build and maintainRESTful / GraphQL APIsconsumed by React and AI teams. Implementasynchronous tasksandcaching layersusingRedis / RabbitMQ . Monitor and improve performance, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based deployments, and code reviews. Frontend (Collaborative scope) Work with designers to bring UI to life usingReact + TypeScript (Next.js preferred) . Build clean, responsive, and reusable components. Apply modern frontend patterns like lazy loading and code splitting. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience inbackend development with Python(FastAPI, Flask, or Django). Solid understanding ofdatabase designandAPI development . Practical experience integrating or building React-based frontends. Familiarity withDocker ,Git-based workflows , andCI/CD pipelines . Experience withRedis / RabbitMQor similar is a plus. Curiosity, autonomy, and a product mindset — you enjoy solving real problems, not just writing code. Nice-to-have (Bonus points) Strong TypeScript/React skills (Next.js, Recoil, SWR). Familiarity withGraphQL ,Kubernetes , orasync architecture .
