The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), programming, and working with databases. The developer will focus on Engineering tasks for our Generative AI Accelerators utilising various LLMs. The day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining Python applications, writing efficient and reusable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting and debugging issues. The Python Developer will also be responsible for ensuring the security and scalability of the applications.QualificationsExpert knowledge of Python; Back-End Web Development and Software Development skillsObject-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming skillsExperience with databases and leveraging Django / FastAPI to build apps is a plusMust be familiar with training LLMs, fine-tuning LLMs and leveraging APIs from Open AI & Google VertexShould be familiar with Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, PyTorch & KerasProficiency in Python programming language - PCPP1 – Certified Professional in Python Programming 1 or 2 Certification preferredExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience with Agile development methodologies is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldRequirements added by the job poster4+ years of work experience with DjangoAccept a background check8+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language)3+ years of work experience with Machine Learning Algorithms
