Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and engagement across digital platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to build a scalable digital presence and drive measurable ROI.

Key & Planning:

- Develop and implement 360- digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

- Plan and manage monthly/quarterly campaigns aligned with business goals (customer acquisition, lead generation, awareness).

Performance Marketing:

- Drive lead generation and conversion through paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.

- Manage end-to-end performance campaigns - budgeting, execution, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting.

Social Media & Content:

- Develop and manage content calendar for all platforms.

- Collaborate with design/content teams to create engaging creatives and videos.

- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.

Website & SEO:

- Manage website performance and content updates.

- Improve organic visibility through SEO audits, keyword optimization, backlink strategy, and content development.

Email & Automation:

- Create customer journeys and drip campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, MoEngage, or similar.

- Optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.

- Provide actionable insights to optimize CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.

Vendor/Agency Management:

- Coordinate with digital agencies, influencers, and content creators.

- Ensure timely delivery, alignment with brand, and performance targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 2-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in experience with:

- Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads

- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)

- Email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, MoEngage)

- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Creative thinker with a performance-oriented mindset.
