Key Responsibilities:

- Brand development: Work closely with the leadership team to craft a compelling brand narrative, bringing it to life through innovative campaigns and content initiatives that resonate with our target audience. Ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
- Creative Catalyst: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bold, effective creative solutions that drive brand impact.
- Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a social media strategy that amplifies our brand voice, builds community, and drives business results.
- Content Craftsman: Develop and curate engaging, shareable content that captivates our audience and elevates our brand.
- Insight Analyst: Uncover consumer and market insights, translating data into actionable strategies that fuel brand growth. Stay updated with the latest fashion and industry trends.
- Leadership: Lead the brand’s content creation, social media, and influencer marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration to drive business objectives.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing with at least 2 years of work experience in core brand management.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends and experience in driving community engagement and social growth.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and passion for storytelling and brand building.
- An analytical mind capable of interpreting data and extracting actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
