Description :- Core Technical Skills.- Total experience 7-8 years.- Strong expertise in .- NET Framework / .- NET Core / .- NET.- C# advanced programming (async/await, LINQ, generics, delegates, events).- ASP.- NET Core /WPF / MVC / Web API design and development.- Entity Framework Core / Dapper / ORMs data access strategies.- Front-end basics: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, familiarity with frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor).- RESTful services design & integration; familiarity with GraphQL (optional).- SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing).- Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).- Source control: SVN, (GitHub, Azure DevOps).Architecture & Design :- Design patterns (Factory, Repository, Singleton, Dependency Injection, etc.- Strong understanding of SOLID principles.- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable systems.- Ability to review and improve code quality.- Familiarity with microservices architecture, API Gateways, Docker, and containerization (good to have).- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred: App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.Process & Delivery :- Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworks.- Ability to translate requirements into technical design.- Driving and owning SDLC phases requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.- Experience in writing and reviewing technical documentation.- Experience in effort estimation, task planning, and risk management.- Exposure to code quality tools (SonarQube, ReSharper).Leadership & Soft Skills : - Mentoring & guiding junior developers.- Code reviews, enforcing coding standards and best practices.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Effective communication with stakeholders technical and non-technical.- Ability to lead technical discussions & design meetings.- Team building and conflict resolution skills.- Proactive mindset with ownership of deliverables.Certifications (good to have, not mandatory) :- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect.- Microsoft Certified: .- NET Developer certifications.
