As Kazam continues to expand its global footprint, we’re strengthening our focus on safety, security, and integrity across all operations, from software development and manufacturing to logistics and field installations.Role Overview We’re looking for a Security and Investigation Manager to lead our company-wide security programs, investigations, and risk mitigation efforts. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the safety of our people, assets, infrastructure, and information. You’ll oversee physical and operational security across offices, factories, and logistics networks, while establishing robust investigation and compliance frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead Security & Investigations (S&I) strategy across Kazam’s facilities, offices, and operational sites. Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and loss prevention measures for corporate and manufacturing environments. Oversee and manage internal investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations. Liaise with law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and external authorities for case resolution and compliance. Implement and monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and emergency response plans. Partner with operations, HR, and compliance teams to foster a secure, integrity-driven work culture. Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity (BCP) frameworks for critical functions. Manage third-party security vendors and guard force operations, ensuring high standards and contractual compliance. Generate security performance dashboards, metrics, and reports for leadership and audits. Collaborate with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams on emergency preparedness and site safety initiatives.Who You Are5+ years of experience in corporate security, investigations, or risk management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or technology sectors. Background in the Army, Police, or law enforcement is a strong plus. Proven ability to lead fraud and security investigations with discretion and integrity. Solid understanding of physical security systems, audits, and risk frameworks. Skilled in vendor management, stakeholder communication, and crisis response. Certifications such as CPP, CFE, PSP, or TAPA are advantageous.
