Job Purpose:
Financial Reporting lead for Mahindra Holidays and Resorts Limited. The person will be responsible for accuracy of all Statutory Reporting activities of the listed entity by deploying skills related to Technical Accounting while working in close coordination with the Secretarial and other Finance verticals. Drive towards highest standards of Governance while building efficient and automated processes.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Finalizing, and presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing, supervising and reviewing financial statements viz. P&L Account, Balance Sheet, cash flows and annual reports.
2. Indepth knowledge of SAP such that the ERP usage can be optimized, and processes can be automated and simplified on an ongoing basis.
3. Working knowledge of Financial Reporting tool Hyperion and other BI tools to drive Simplification, Automation and Accuracy.
4. Indepth INDAS knowledge to ensure that financial reporting is accurate and do not expose the Organization to any non-compliances.
5. Support Internal audits, Internal financial controls
6. Secretarial compliances to the extent applicable for Financial Reporting - SEBI related compliances while working in close coordination with Secretarial function.
7. Engaging with Marketing, Legal, HR & Admin teams to drive efficiencies and strengthen processes.
8. Ensuring good understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation to ensure that there are no surprises and adequate support can be extended to the Taxation Team.

- Proficient in IGAAP, INDAS, & Corporate Finance
- Excellent know how of SAP FICO ERP, Hyperion and MS-Excel
- Proficiency in Company's Act and SEBI related compliances
- Understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxes

Post Qualification Experience: 8+ years (Someone should have worked with Listed company is mandatory)
