Payoneer - Product Manager - SaaS Platform

What Youll Do : - Translate vision into impact Lead a team of developers and turn strategic direction into meaningful product initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned and empowered to deliver value. - Collaborate with global teams Partner with product, engineering, UX, and business teams to align priorities and deliver solutions that support company goals. - Think analytically Develop product hypotheses, analyze results, and use data to inform product decisions and optimizations. - Champion the user Translate opportunities and needs into valuable products and features, grounded in a deep understanding of our customers. - Communicate with clarity Share progress, priorities, and insights effectively across teams and you are : - 24 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (preferably Fintech). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience making data-driven decisions. - Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product plans and releases. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration in cross-functional, multi-location teams. - A quick learner and active listener who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic Payoneer Ways of Working : - Act as our customers partner on the inside. - Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. - Do it. - Own it. - Being fearlessly accountable in everything we do. - Continuously improve. - Always striving for a higher standard than our last. - Build Each Other Up. - Helping each other grow, as professionals and people.If this sounds like a business, a community, and a mission you want to be part of, apply today.
