Role Overview:

We are seeking a Manager - Sales & Marketing to spearhead sales and marketing operations for our Industrial Battery Division. The role involves driving revenue growth, building channel networks, and leading the sales & marketing team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate must come with strong industry experience in UPS, Inverter, and Battery Charger segments and a proven track record in the industrial battery market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Sales & Marketing strategy for the Industrial Battery Division.

- Plan, execute, and monitor monthly revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities in Channel, OEM, and B2B markets.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

- Build, manage, and mentor a sales & marketing team for high performance.

- Maintain and update internal documents, CRM, and sales systems to ensure process excellence.

- Develop long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

- Drive brand positioning and market expansion for UPS, Inverter, and Solar battery segments.

Required Skills & Experience :


- Currently working in the UPS, Inverter, or Battery Charger industry (mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of the Industrial Battery Market and its different segments.

- Prior experience in Channel Sales, OEM Sales, and B2B Sales.

- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing within the Battery/Power industry.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Background:

Battery Industry experience is strongly preferred.
