We are seeking an elite Senior UK Tax Specialist to join our team. This role is critical and intended for a "best of the best" candidate with deep expertise in UK tax advisory. The ideal candidate will bring technical skill, along with exceptional communication abilities, to serve a high-caliber client portfolio. This role will involve providing advice on key tax areas, including share schemes and valuations, corporate restructuring and sub-share exemptions, as well as planning around capital gains, inheritance tax, residency, and exit strategies. Candidates should be able to deliver clear and precise insights on complex tax issues and provide an outstanding client experience.

Key Tax Advisory Services: Offer expert guidance on UK-specific tax areas, such as structuring share schemes, handling corporate restructuring, and providing personalized capital gains and inheritance tax advice, as well as residency and exit planning for optimal tax outcomes.

- Client Interaction: Ensure clear, high-quality communication on complex tax matters, with an outstanding command of verbal and written English .

- Flexible Working: Primarily based on Indian local hours, with occasional flexibility for client meetings as required.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in UK tax advisory, specifically around share schemes, valuations, corporate restructuring, and capital gains/inheritance tax.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency (10/10).

Adaptability: Flexibility with work hours for client meetings as needed.

Desirable Skills

- International Tax Knowledge: Understanding of tax implications across multiple jurisdictions.

- Trusts Expertise: Experience with discretionary and other trust structures.
