As a Career Advisor, you will play a crucial role in: Offering personalized career counseling Assessing individual professional goals Advising on career development strategies Supporting career management processes You’ll engage with students and professionals, guiding them on their career paths and aligning their skills with the right opportunities to support our organizational objectives. Qualifications & Skills • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Career Advisor • Strong knowledge of Career Counseling, Development, and Management • Experience in Student Counseling and Professional Guidance • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy • Ability to analyze and align individual strengths with opportunities • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred) • Flexibility to work on-site in Ahmedabad • Prior experience in similar roles or industries is an added advantageInterested?
