Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the development and success of our products from conception to launch. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Optional experience in AI and the healthcare domain will be considered a significant advantage
Role and Requirements
Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize product requirements, creating detailed product specifications and user stories.
Project Management: Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to inform future product iterations.
Customer Focus: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the product meets user needs and expectations.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
Technical Skills
Project Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
Data-Driven: Ability to make data-driven decisions and familiarity with analytics tools.
Customer-Centric: Strong customer focus and experience with user research methodologies.
Market Savvy: Knowledge of market analysis and product positioning strategies.
Experience and Qualifications
Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
AI Domain (optional): Experience in AI-related projects, understanding machine learning concepts, and AI-driven product development.
Healthcare Domain (optional): Experience in the healthcare industry, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and familiarity with healthcare technologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
