Role : Data Quality, Reporting & Analytics Transformation Lead

Key skills : Data Quality, MS Access (coding experience in mandatory), SQL, VBA Development, Tableau (basic understanding)

In this Role, the candidate is responsible for supporting Sourcing processes, will solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals.


We are looking to bring on board an experienced Reporting Transformation Lead with extensive experience of Data Analytics, SQL & VBA.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to report business metrics and risks.

- Coordinate effort to identify reporting needs of client organization and build standard reporting packages.

- Facilitate and monitor client data requests in the areas including Business Reporting, Analytics derived information services.

- As a subject matter expert, responsible for the data quality that are critical to the business process and analytics deliverables.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Optimize reporting systems by means of identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery etc.

- Support to manage data ingestion projects together with the architecture teams.

- Support Transformation Projects with depth knowledge of the analytical procedure and ensure smooth transfer of applicable processes changes to end users.

- Ensure both strategic guidance and balancing the day to day needs of the business users.

- Work closely and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to implement data-driven solutions for improving business processes and performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.

- 5+ years' experience in a reporting & analytics delivery role for a well-established organization.

- Strong proficiency of VBA development in MS Access and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with Tableau.

- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

- Ability to build processes supporting data reporting transformation and data quality management.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in coordinating work together with cross functional teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
