Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in marketing communications, with a strong background in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage our brand presence and engage our target audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Content:

  1. Strengthen the brand’s presence by creating visually appealing and informative content that showcases the products and solutions of Vosmos.
  2. Develop social media content tailored to increase engagement metrics of social media
  3. Continuously optimize content based on feedback from marketing team and engagement metrics, sharing best practices and insights with the team to enhance future content.
  4. Develop content for marketing mailers that will increase open rate & click rate of emailers.
  5. Produce high-quality content for the product verticals including promotional materials, project highlights, and post-project summaries.
  6. Provide necessary support to the sales team by preparing high-quality content, presentations, and proposals that align with sales objectives.
  7. Regularly analyze content performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, ensuring content drives sales and customer engagement.
  8. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.

 

Quality Assurance:

1.     Implement a robust quality control process to ensure all team deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

2.     Monitor project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects across all verticals.

3.     Ensure collaterals align with brand identity and objectives.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.
  2. Provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement within the team

 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

 

 

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
