You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient asset management, metadata tagging, and seamless delivery across digital platforms.In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In:- Designing and implementing AEM DAM solutions tailored to business needs. - Developing custom workflows, metadata schemas, and asset renditions. - Integrating AEM DAM with external systems (e.g., PIM, CMS, CDN). - Ensuring best practices in asset governance, versioning, and lifecycle management. - Supporting content authors and marketing teams with DAM usage and training. - Troubleshooting and optimizing DAM performance and scalability.Top 5 Technical Skills1. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM – Expertise in configuring and customizing AEM Assets, including metadata schemas, workflows, and renditions. 2. Java & Sling Framework – Strong backend development skills for building custom components and services within AEM. 3. Apache Jackrabbit/Oak Repository – Deep understanding of JCR structure and content repository management. 4. RESTful APIs & Integrations – Experience integrating AEM DAM with third-party systems using APIs and connectors. 5.
