What You'll Drive

1. YouTube Strategy & Growth

* Build and execute a data-driven YouTube growth strategy.

* Own the entire journey—content calendar, research, SEO, publishing, and analytics.

* Develop series and formats that establish Airlearn as a go-to language learning brand.

2. Marketing & Audience Building

* Use SEO, trending insights, and community-building tactics to grow subscribers & watch time.

* Drive organic discoverability without heavy dependence on ads.

* Collaborate with marketing teams to align YouTube efforts with brand and business goals.

3. Content Production & Execution

* Lead end-to-end production: briefing, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.

* Manage external creators, editors, and designers to ensure high-quality outputs at scale.

* Experiment with formats—from educational explainers to viral, short-form snippets.

4. Performance & Optimisation

* Analyse channel and video performance using YouTube Studio & analytics tools.

* Continuously optimise titles, thumbnails, and formats for maximum impact.

* Share insights with the larger team to drive data-backed creative decisions.

What We're Looking For

* 3–5 years of experience in managing and growing YouTube channels.

* Proven success in both marketing (SEO, growth, analytics) and production (scripting, shoots, edits).

* A creative yet analytical thinker who knows how to turn content into scale and brand impact.

* Strong project management skills to balance strategy + execution seamlessly.
