Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP CRM functional configurations, integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, and a clear understanding of business processes related to Sales, Service, and Marketing.You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP CRM.Configure and customize SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Web UI, Middleware, etc.).Manage CRM master data, partner functions, organizational management, and transaction types.Integrate SAP CRM with ECC / S/4HANA and other systems (e.g., SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP C4C).Support the design and development of custom enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs.Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live support.Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including ABAP developers, BASIS, and business users.Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5–7 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.Strong experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and Middleware (BDoc, Data Exchange, Replication Models).Understanding of SAP ECC SD / MM integration.Exposure to SAP CRM on HANA or SAP S/4HANA Customer Management is an advantage.Good knowledge of Business Partner management, Action Profiles, and Partner Determination.Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.Nice to Have:Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) or SAP Sales & Service Cloud.Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP BTP integration.SAP CRM certification is a plus.
