Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Success Factors SCDP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors and must have led at least 2 full end-to-end SCDP implementation projects . You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize Succession & Development Planning (SCDP) solutions to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives. Key Skills: Strong expertise in SAP Success Factors SCDP configuration and implementation. Experience with Succession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes . Knowledge of Success Factors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals . Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Success Factors SCDP implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans , and talent review processes within SCDP. Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions , and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles. Integrate SCDP with other Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS) . Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness. Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer for HR teams and business users. Provide guidance on best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements . . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field .
