We’re thrilled to announce that Adlai BIM is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with a bachelor's degree or Diploma in marketing, Communication or related field.

Prerequisites  –  

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in digital media management, marketing, communication studies, journalism, or creative writing are welcome. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as & X(Twitter). 
  • Sting Ownership Skills and Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. 
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments. 
  • Creative in developing informative, engaging, and motivational digital campaigns. 
  • Knowledgeable in email marketing, newsletters, push notifications, and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Basic understanding in using website analytics tools, ad-serving tools, and marketing software. 
  • Additional skills that would be advantageous include experience with SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and project management. 


 

Responsibilities –  

 

  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and . 
  • Assist in developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms. 
  • Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, and social media posts. 
  • Contribute to the company blog by writing articles that resonate with our brand and target audience.
