The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of theblockchain network ecosystem , proven expertise inSolidity smart contracts , and experience buildingWeb3-based decentralized applications (dApps) Fullstack , includingDeFi protocols . The role requires someone who can join immediately and contribute from day one.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity. Hands on experience with Reactjs/Nextjs and Nodejs. Develop and maintain DeFi protocols such as DEXs, lending/borrowing, staking, or yield farming. Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, or similar networks. Ensure smart contract security, performance optimization, and scalability. Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain solutions. Perform code reviews, debugging, and smart contract audits. Stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain, Web3, and DeFi ecosystems. Maintain documentation for blockchain architectures and implementations.Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. Strong understanding of Blockchain Network Ecosystems. Proficient in Solidity and smart contract development. Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols (DEX, staking, lending/borrowing, AMMs, yield farming). Experience working with Web3.js / Ethers.js. Familiarity with wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.). Knowledge of smart contract security best practices.
