We are seeking a highly skilledBlockchain Developerwith strong experience inEVM chain forking, smart contract development, and decentralized application architecture . The ideal candidate must havehands-on expertise in forking and customizing EVM-based chains , deploying smart contracts, and building full-stack blockchain applications. You will work directly with senior blockchain architects on global-scale Web3 projects acrossDeFi, NFTs, Layer-2s, DEXs, and enterprise blockchain ecosystems.Key Responsibilities: Support the design and development of smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, and BNB Chain. Assist in the creation and maintenance of DApps, DeFi, and NFT modules. Work with front-end and backend teams to ensure smooth blockchain integration using Web3.js or Ethers.js. Participate in testing, code reviews, and security checks for blockchain solutions. Research and explore new blockchain frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies. Document development progress and support deployment in testnets and mainnets. Collaborate with internal project managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams. Blockchain Network Forking & Infrastructure (Top-Level Requirements): Fork EVM-compatible blockchains such asEthereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, and Avalanche . Set up and configure blockchain networks usingPoS, PoA, and PoWconsensus mechanisms. Create and modifygenesis files , set upvalidators/miners , and configure core network parameters. Run and maintainprivate networks/devnetsusingGeth, Parity, or OpenEthereum . ManageRPC nodes , peer discovery, node syncing, and optimize chain performance and security. Experience withCosmos SDK / Tendermintis a strong plus. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in blockchain or full-stack development. Knowledge of Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, and EVM-based architecture. Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks like React/Next.js. Understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and basic cryptography concepts. Practical knowledge of DEX (Decentralized Exchange) v2 and v3 pools and liquidity management. Experience with Git, version control, and Agile workflows. Preferred / Good to Have Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFT minting, or blockchain explorer APIs. Experience in database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Awareness of Layer 2 technologies and cross-chain bridges. Interest in learning about AI x Blockchain integrations.
