The CRM Manager will oversee customer relationships by designing and implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, managing sales initiatives, developing market segmentation strategies, collaborating with teams to manage projects, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess customer data and generate actionable insightsExcellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and convey strategies effectivelyProven experience in sales and market segmentation to optimize customer engagement and business growthCompetency in project management to lead and coordinate complex initiativesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
