Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, proficiency in Python, and a strong understanding of Deep Learning (DL), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions on Azure and AWS cloud environments to solve complex enterprise problems.

Key Responsibilities Solution Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG pipelines.

- Implement AI workflows using LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.

- Build and fine-tune models for NLP tasks such as summarization, Q&A, sentiment analysis,

and conversational AI.

- Integrate AI models into enterprise applications with APIs, SDKs, and cloud services.

Model Engineering & Optimization :

- Fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs for domain-specific applications.

- Optimize inference latency and throughput for production-grade deployments.

- Implement vector databases and semantic search for RAG implementations.

- Monitor model performance, accuracy, and data drift, and apply continuous improvement

strategies.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Deploy AI/ML solutions on Azure and AWS, leveraging cloud-native AI/ML services.

- Utilize services like Azure OpenAI, AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock for model hosting and

management.

- Build scalable pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment using MLOps best practices.

Collaboration & Research :

- Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define AI solution

requirements.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, transformers, and NLP research.

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to AI/ML architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with recent focus on Generative AI projects.

- Strong hands-on expertise in LangChain, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

- Solid understanding of Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP techniques.

- Experience with Azure AI services and AWS AI/ML stack.

- Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, etc.).

- Familiarity with API development and integration for AI-powered applications.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, speech).

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.

- Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized deployments for AI workloads.

- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in AI applications.

- Prior experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC).
