Job Summary:

Accelyst is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP-based applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Implement and fine-tune Generative AI models, LLMs, and NLP/NLU-based systems for automation and intelligent applications.
  • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for processing and analyzing large-scale datasets.
  • Utilize advanced mathematical and algorithmic techniques to enhance model accuracy and performance.
  • Apply AI security principles to safeguard models and data against adversarial threats.
  • Integrate AI models into production environments using MLOps and DevOps best practices.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI/ML deployment.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business teams to ensure seamless AI implementation.
  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Strong understanding of neural network architectures, particularly for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with NLP, NLU, and AI-driven automation frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Understanding of AI security principles to ensure robust model deployment.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML applications.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to translate complex AI concepts into business insights.
