About the Role :We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Specialist with hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning large language models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, and be comfortable coding in Responsibilities : - Fine-tune or train Transformer-based models using PyTorch- Build and work on LLM projects, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications- Execute end-to-end Generative AI projects- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical insights Skills :- Strong Python programming skills- Experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning (at least one)- Prior hands-on experience with Gen AI Skills : - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities- Proactive problem-solving mindset- Gen AI- B2/ C1/ C2Must Have Skillsets : - Data Science- Machine Learning- Gen Skills :1) Transformer models either fine-tuning or traning on open source Transformer based model.build and fine tuning large scale language model using pytorch .2) Should have done projects on LLM Rag Gen Ai3) hands on experience on python coding.4) should have done Gen Ai project5) Machine learning or Deep learning any One is mandatory6) Excellent communication and Stakeholder management abilities.
