Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant


Skill : Oracle HCM, HDL/HSDL, FBDI, Fast Formulas and BPM workflows.


Experience : 7+ Years.


Location : PAN INDIA.


Role Description :

Technical Skill :

- A minimum of 7 years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle Cloud across multiple clients with 3+ implementations.

- Skillful and hands-on experience in data extracts, data loads, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, Payroll Process Flows and BPM workflows (approval rules using both FSM and BPM).

- Skilled in data conversion/loads using HDL/HSDL, FBDI and other available tools.

- Familiar with security configurations, including creating Custom roles, auto-provisioning rules and SSO.

- Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutions


- Lead testing and training programs during HCM Cloud transformations


- Lead or support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the HCM solution.

- Proven experience in full development life cycle and significant experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment


- All pre-sales support activities including supporting Sales Teams by identifying and quantifying Oracle Cloud HCM Applications value proposition and best solution.

- Coordinate and deliver demonstrations of the product.

- Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then to link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle.

- Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation and demonstration skills.
