Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.Key Responsibilities:

Experience – 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Should be hands on with Fast formula, BIP, HCM Extracts, HDL

Fast formula experience in any of this module (Absence / OTL / Payroll) is mandatory

Should have excellent communications skills and with prior client handling experience will be an added advantage

It will be full-time remote opportunity and can operate from anywhere in India.

Willing to work in Shift Hrs – 2Pm to 11Pm (IST) or 3Pm to 12Am (IST)

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4-5 years of relevant experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant.

Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence / OTL / Payroll)

Proficiency in Oracle development tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts).

Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
