Our mission is to build a thriving community of learners who can confidently generate passive income and excel in financial trading.Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and best practices* Monitor operational outputs to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks* Conduct audits, evaluations, and corrective action follow-ups* Prepare quality assessment reports and performance insights* Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of quality deviations* Train and guide team members on quality protocols and compliance* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processesRequired Skills & Qualifications* 1–2 years of proven experience in quality controlling or similar role* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability* Ability to analyse data and prepare structured reports* Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English* Ability to work independently in a remote setting* Strong organisational and documentation skillsWe are looking for a skilled Quality Controller (non technical) to oversee, evaluate, and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and performance standards across operational processes.
