Quality Assurance Manager Job DescriptionTotal Work Experience: +18 years of experience in Quality Control and Assurance for medium to large Civil/Infrastructure or building projects.Establish a quality culture and strategy for the project, ensuring objectives are achieved through effective management systems.Develop programs and processes to ensure alignment with contract and legislative requirements.Coordinate with senior management to ensure strategies align.Lead teams to implement quality management systems on projects, ensuring compliance with specified requirements.Monitor instances of non-compliance, guide team to take corrective measures, and escalate critical issues as required.Provide quality-related inputs to engineering procurement, construction processes, etc.Attend regular SHEQ meetings to review performance and provide updates.Key Responsibilities:Good knowledge of quality and environment management, including ISO standards.Prepare and implement project quality plans.Develop inspection test plans and field quality plans.Conduct quality checks on construction activities, including finishing work.Familiar with standard civil engineering practices and methods of measurement.About this RoleThis is an opportunity to join our organization as a Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for leading quality assurance efforts on medium to large Civil/Infrastructure or building projects.
