KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including platinum and high-value clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (MBRs and QBRs) with clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.


Content Strategy and Execution:


  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including research, development, and execution of content strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as GA4 to audit and optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing and business goals.


Sales and Revenue Growth:


  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support the sales team in developing persuasive content and presentations for client pitches.
