iAccelerate is a leading advisory firm specializing in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory, and strategic consulting for startups and mid-market companies. We work with a diverse range of clients, offering comprehensive financial solutions and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for M&A and capital raising transactions.

Support in the preparation of pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial models.

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and business performance metrics.

Assist in deal execution by preparing transaction documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior team members on strategic advisory projects for clients.

Assist in managing the company's presence by creating engaging financial and market content.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and financial news relevant to ongoing projects.


Other Responsibilities: 


 - Assist in client meetings, project execution, and presentation development.

 - Support various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.


Qualifications: 


- MBA or BBA in Finance (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Experience in managing or other social media accounts is a plus.

- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong organizational skills.
