Bring the bazaar online, one livestream at a time.We’re creating the future of live shopping–fast, fun, interactive, and powered by millions of real people.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving real problems, and want to help 2 million+ retailers and wholesalers grow, Zoop is where you’ll want to be.Join us as we reshape the future of commerce in India.Role: Seller Onboarding AssociateYou’ll own seller acquisition, onboarding, activation, and early success.What You’ll Own:Seller AcquisitionGenerate & qualify leads from YouTube, Facebook, InstagramRun outbound calls and WhatsApp outreachPitch Zoop’s value & convert sellers by selling nothing short of a dreamOnboarding & ActivationGuide sellers through account setup & store configuration, become their POCSupport their first few live sessionsTrack early performance and ensure successful activationGrowth SupportWork with supply success, marketing & productFlag friction points & suggest improvementsExecute activation nudges and seller programsData & ReportingMaintain accurate onboarding recordsShare weekly insights on funnel performanceWhat We’re Looking For:Must-Haves1–2 years in Sales, Telesales, Onboarding, or Customer SuccessExcellent communication in Hindi & EnglishHigh energy, target-drivenBasic understanding of e-commerce or consumer internetPassion for sales and helping sellers growNice-to-HavesExperience onboarding SMBs or entrepreneursFamiliarity with CRM toolsSuccess Metrics50+ sellers onboarded monthlyHigh first-live activation rate150+ quality interactions monthlyMonth-on-month improvement in onboarding funnelWhat We OfferCompetitive salary depending on experienceRapid career growth & high ownershipStartup perks Work Arrangement:In-office role at Chhatarpur, Delhi (5 days/week)Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
