In this role, you’ll design and deliver personalized workout programs for male professionals, helping them achieve fat loss, muscle gain, and peak performance through scientifically backed training systems.You’ll work closely with Alphamen’s nutrition and mentorship teams to ensure every client experiences a 360° transformation — not just in their body, but also in their mindset and lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Assessment: Conduct detailed fitness assessments and consults to understand goals, body type, and training background.Personalized Program Design: Develop customized workout programs aligned with Alphamen’s training philosophy and transformation frameworks.Client Guidance: Provide 1-on-1 online exercise coaching and weekly progress reviews.Form & Technique Correction: Share workout videos, voice notes, and feedback to help clients train safely and effectively.Progress Tracking: Analyze data from progress pictures, check-ins, and performance logs to refine programs.Collaboration: Work closely with nutritionists, mentors, and the client relationship team for smooth program delivery.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest fitness science, biomechanics, and men’s performance training trends.RequirementsCertification from ACE, NASM, NSCA, or an equivalent recognized body.Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal trainer, strength coach, or transformation coach.Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Sports Science (preferred).Strong understanding of strength training, fat loss programming, and biomechanics.Excellent communication and empathy — ability to motivate, not just instruct.Reliable laptop, internet connection, and proficiency with Google Workspace & video tools.What You’ll GainWork directly with India’s top transformation ecosystem for men.Learn Alphamen’s proven 4-Step Transformation System that has transformed 2,000+ lives.Be part of a performance-driven, growth-oriented team that values both results and learning.Opportunity to grow into a Lead Exercise Coach or Transformation Head role based on results and leadership.Get to work directly with the founder, Sagar Ahuja.
