Role Overview: As an Associate (Client Success & Operations), you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of client engagement, business growth, and operational excellence. This position demands a dynamic professional who combines empathy with precision, strong communication with disciplined follow-through, and a consultative mindset with an execution-driven approach.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Customer Success Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital channels to understand needs and share UniHawk’s value proposition. Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and manage the pipeline from inquiry to consultation booking. Deliver exceptional first impressions to clients through proactive communication and service excellence. Sales Operations & Business Coordination Drive coordination between advisors, counselors, and management for seamless conversion and case progression. Manage package creation, documentation, invoicing, and CRM updates with precision and speed. Track follow-ups, meetings, and conversion analytics to support leadership reporting. Act as a cross-functional link to streamline internal workflows and optimize sales processes. Delivery Operations & Counseling Support Provide operational support to the counseling and delivery teams for student progress tracking and document management. Oversee service timelines, scheduling, and feedback loops to ensure consistent client satisfaction. Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the program journey, and maintaining continuous engagement.Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution; background in business, communications, or education preferred. candidate has to be from the education background. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with excellent English proficiency. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and client communication platforms. Self-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
