Healthcare/Technical Recruiter


US recruitment experience required: 6 months - 3 years

Shift: Night shift 6:30PM-3:30AM or 7:30PM-4:30AM


Job responsibility:

1. Sourcing Candidates:

  • Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals in US (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.) through job boards, social media platforms (like ), and professional networks.
  • Use recruitment software and databases to search for candidates with the right qualifications, certifications, and experience.
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, or virtual events to meet potential candidates.

2. Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess the candidate's qualifications, experience and skills.
  • Ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria for working in the US, including appropriate educational qualifications, work experience, and licenses.
  • Screen candidates for both technical skills (e.g., medical knowledge, clinical experience) and soft skills (e.g., communication, adaptability).

3. Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, such as credential verification, background checks, and medical examinations, according to US healthcare regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with US healthcare laws and ensure all candidates meet the required standards for US healthcare positions.

4. Collaboration with US Healthcare Employers:

  • Understanding of US-based clients to match candidates with suitable positions, ensuring the roles align with the healthcare provider's needs and standards.

5. Providing Candidate Support:

  • Offer guidance and support to candidates through the entire recruitment process, from application submission to job offer acceptance.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, assisting with relocation, accommodation, and settling into their new roles.

6. Managing Job Offers and Negotiations:

  • Help negotiate job offers of healthcare professionals, discussing salary, benefits, and relocation packages.
  • Ensure candidates understand the terms and conditions of the offer and help them make informed decisions.

7. Tracking and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, and placement status in recruitment management systems (e.g., ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, number of candidates interviewed, and placement success rates, to assess performance.
