Job Title:Marketing Head – Gaming Industry Location:Bangalore, India Company:LightFury GamesRole Overview: We are seeking aMarketing Headto lead our marketing initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inbrand management, community engagement, and game marketing , and will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensivemarketing strategiesfor game launches, updates, and promotions. Leadbrand management , ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms. Build and engage vibrantgaming communities , both online and offline, to foster player loyalty. Drivedigital marketing campaigns , including social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and paid media strategies. Collaborate withproduct, design, and development teamsto align marketing efforts with game features and releases. Analyzemarketing performance metricsto optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Identify and leveragepartnerships, sponsorships, and PR opportunitiesto expand brand visibility. Mentor and manage themarketing team , ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.Requirements: Proven experience as aMarketing Head, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager , preferably in thegaming or entertainment industry . Proven experience of at least12+ yearsin Marketing.Gaming Preferred. Strong experience inbrand management, community building, and digital marketing . Deep understanding ofgame marketing trends , including live operations, esports, influencer engagement, and user acquisition. Excellentstrategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills . Data-driven mindset with experience inanalysing KPIs and campaign performance .
