The process involves providing business context, generating tests using the Agentic Framework, reviewing and customising with QA experts, executing tests on demand or on a schedule, and offering detailed bug analysis and reporting. BotGauge ensures efficiency, accuracy, and streamlined software delivery for its clients.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Marketing Manager to own theexecution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. You will be instrumental in bridging the gapbetween our innovative product (Engineering) and our revenue targets (Sales).This role requires a hands-on operator with a deep understanding of B2B lead generation,technical content strategy, and direct experience in the SaaS or Developer Tooling space.Key Responsibilities1. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing (Execution Focus)Paid Media Management: Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads (AdWords)campaigns targeting high-intent, bottom-of-funnel keywords (e.g., Competitor Alternatives,AI testing tools). Focus heavily on achieving target Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)metrics.CRO & Funnel Optimization: Analyze website performance, implement A/B tests onlanding pages, and optimize CTAs to increase the conversion rate from website visitor toMarketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).Content Distribution: Execute the distribution strategy for high-value assets(whitepapers, e-books) across relevant channels (LinkedIn, technical forums, paidcampaigns) to fuel the lead funnel.2. Technical Content & SEO (Strategic Focus)Technical Content Strategy: Own the editorial calendar and content production process.Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex features(e.g., self-healing, NLP generation) into business value content for the technical buyer(QA Managers, VPs of Engineering).SEO Execution: Manage the SEO strategy, including technical site health, contentoptimization for high-intent keywords (e.g.,‘no-code test automation, ‘flaky test reduction‘), and internal link structure.Website Management: Serve as the primary owner for content updates and maintenanceof the corporate website. (Direct WordPress knowledge is highly preferred and amajor advantage.)3. Sales Enablement & GTM OperationsGTM Strategy Implementation: Act as the internal owner of the GTM strategy, ensuringalignment across sales, product, and marketing operations. Assist in launching newproduct features or service lines.Sales Collateral: Create, update, and manage core sales enablement materials,including the competitive Battlecard Suite and the stanzdardized Positioning Deck,ensuring the entire sales team is fluent in the BotGauge value proposition.MarTech Stack Management: Ensure the marketing and sales tech stack (CRM,Marketing Automation) is integrated, data is clean, and leads are properly scored andhanded over to the SDR team.Required QualificationsExperience: 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 yearsspent in a B2B SaaS environment.B2B Expertise: Proven track record of defining, launching, and managing complex digitalmarketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline growth (not just brandawareness).Technical Acumen (Required): Demonstrated ability to understand and articulatecomplex technical products (DevOps, QA, AI, or Developer Tools) to a technical and abusiness audience.Digital Skills (Highly Desired):WordPress: Hands-on experience managing and maintaining B2B corporatewebsites on the WordPress platform.PPC/AdWords: Direct experience managing and optimizing Google Adscampaigns (BoFu, Competitor Targeting).GTM: Demonstrated knowledge of building and executing a scalable Go-to-Marketstrategy.The Ideal CandidateYou are a strategic thinker who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute.
