What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer who’s ready to make a big impact. As part of a dynamic start-up environment, you'll be expected to bring fresh ideas, lead projects, and shape user experiences for innovative solutions. This is an opportunity for someone with a great eye for visual design and a deep understanding of UX flows to take ownership of their work and influence real-world applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct user research, usability tests, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and design guidelines across products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Exceptional skills in both visual design and user experience design.
  • Experience in creating design systems and understanding of design principles.
  • Ability to think strategically about product design and user flows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or SaaS products is a plus but not required.
