Job Title: Branch Head Location:Pune, Maharashtra Department:Operations & Business Development Reporting To:National Head – Operations & Business Development Employment Type:Full-TimeJob Overview: The Branch Head – Pune Region will lead and oversee the entire business operations, client relations, and profitability of the Pune branch ofCISB Services Pvt. Ltd., a pan-India leader in Security and Facility Management solutions. This leadership role demands astrategic yet hands-on professionalwho can drive branch growth, ensure seamless service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and uphold statutory compliance across all deployed sites. The Branch Head will act as theface of CISB in the Pune region, ensuring excellence in operations, manpower management, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition Drive revenue targets and branch profitability by identifying new business opportunities in Security, Housekeeping, and Facility Management services. Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, builders, industrial estates, and government institutions. Lead proposal presentations, rate negotiations, and contract closures in alignment with CISB policies. Participate in tenders, corporate networking events, and B2B partnerships for business expansion. 2. Operations & Service DeliveryEnsure optimum manpower deployment and high-quality service delivery across all client sites. Conduct regular site audits, surprise checks, and client feedback sessions. Coordinate closely with Operations Managers, Field Officers, and Site Supervisors for day-to-day performance monitoring. Resolve on-ground challenges, emergencies, or escalations promptly while maintaining service continuity. 3. Administration & Statutory ComplianceOversee maintenance of site documentation, attendance, deployment registers, and salary sheets. Ensure full compliance with all statutory and labor regulations — PF, ESI, Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, etc. Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for timely salary processing, documentation, and renewals. Maintain liaison with local authorities, police departments, and labor offices. 4. Finance & CollectionsEnsure timely billing, submission of invoices, and prompt payment collections. Monitor branch-level costs, control overheads, and maintain profitability margins. Regularly track client receivables, payment aging, and recovery follow-ups. 5. Team Leadership & CoordinationLead, train, and motivate branch staff — Operations Executives, Field Officers, and Admin Team — to meet performance goals. Conduct regular branch review meetings and ensure accountability across departments. Promote a disciplined, performance-driven, and growth-oriented work culture. Qualifications & Experience:Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). Minimum 6–10 years of experiencein Security or Facility Management industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Proven experience in handling end-to-end branch operations, manpower management, and business development. Strong local market knowledge and client network in Pune & Western Maharashtra region. Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong command over manpower deployment, compliance, and service standards. Client relationship management and strategic planning ability. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and operations dashboards. Result-driven, organized, and adept at multi-tasking. Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Client retention and satisfaction rate. Statutory and audit compliance record. Collection efficiency and turnaround time. Team stability and operational discipline. Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range:₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
