Job Overview :


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Customer Identity Solutions Engineer to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-level Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Auth0 or Okta, and Liferay, with a strong understanding of identity management protocols and secure integration practices.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, architect, and implement CIAM solutions using platforms like Auth0, Okta, and Liferay.

- Develop custom Liferay components such as portlets, themes, layouts, and plugins.

- Ensure secure integrations between identity platforms and enterprise systems including CRM, SSO, and directories.

- Resolve complex technical issues related to identity platforms and portals.

- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, product, and security teams to ensure unified identity solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation including solution architecture, integration specs, and user guides.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and CIAM best practices.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.

Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software development.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with identity providers like Auth0, Okta, Azure AD, LDAP, and Active Directory.

- Deep knowledge of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/2.1, OpenID Connect, JWT.

- Experience in integrating identity solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs and microservices.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or SailPoint.

- Cloud-native IAM knowledge.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and Industry certifications
