Project Role : Application Designer.

Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must have skills : Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management.

- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.

Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full-time education.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand Workday Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects.

- Analyze Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes, on clients existing configuration.

- Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules.

Technical Experience :

- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Talent and Performance for global rollouts.

- Exposure implementing calibration process for Talent and Performance.

- Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes.

- Good exposure to GDPR requirements.

- Experience working on the BIRT Tool for Talent Card generation.

- Exposure converting Talent and Performance data from legacy systems to Workday.

Professional Attributes :

- Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization.

- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.

Certifications :

- Certification in Workday HCM Principal.

- Certification in Workday Talent and Performance Consult.
