we are looking for a talented
Senior IT analyst Applications
. The development, testing, and deployment of application systems are overseen by this position.The preference for this role is to be based out of
Whitefield Office, Bangalore, IndiaWhat you will doJob Roles and ResponsibilitiesParticipates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for multiple projects.
Participate in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
Creates detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for application programs.
Execute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.Candidates will have:Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or software engineering, or Equivalent education and experience (MCA, B.E / B Tech / M Tech)
Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in application development & support projects.
Strong technical knowledge and experience leading the technologies that includes in Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET, MVC, Java, Angular, ReactJS, JavaScript, Web application etcStrong in Database concepts with experience in SQL/Oracle/Snowflake, MySQL etc
Working experience in one or multiple areas covering the key Technical Architecture, infrastructure such as Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Window Server, Relational Databases, VCS, Networking (Routing, Firewall, Load balancers), Web services (Apache, Tomcat, IIS), Citrix, Service Now, File transferring (SFTP, FTP)
Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure, Experience with Azure / AWS design, Architecture and Services (EC2, IAM, S3, etc)
Experience on secured coding practices and Cybersecurity principles is desired.
Experience leading the critical enterprise Production support issues.
Experience / Exposure in IT Control Audits and assessments and driving actions to closure.
Sound knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computingWhat you will have

Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.• Manages application-related issues, implications, and approaches with clients.• Evaluates key interfaces and interdependencies among core applications systems.• Explains features and benefits of core applications for consideration by business units.• Plans enhancement, conversion, and retirement strategies for core applicationsProblem Solving
: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately todiverse situations.• Ensures capture of lessons to be learned from a problem-solving effort.• Organizes potential problem solvers and leads problem resolution efforts.• Uses varying problem-solving approaches and techniques as appropriate.• Contributes to standard practices for problem-solving approaches, tools, and processes.• Analyzes and synthesizes information and devises alternative resolution strategies.• Develops successful resolutions to critical or wide impact problems.Application Design, Architecture
: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models.into a technical application design.• Facilitates in application design reviews and walkthroughs.• Creates and evaluates technical alternatives for complex applications.• Interprets application services such as API; integrates them with technical design.• Develops various, distinct, and multiple technical application designs.• Prepares technical design documents and blueprints for applications.• Explores and evaluates application design considerations for multiple technologies.Implementation
: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application softwarewithin an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).• Tracks problems associated with the quality and effectiveness of application software.• Researches the benefits and drawbacks of an organization's application software.• Drafts application software usage for the department's needs.• Provides instant support for end users of application software.Technical Troubleshooting
: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability toanticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation.• Discovers, analyses, and resolves software, or application problems.• Works with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools, and utilities.• Analyses code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting.• Records and reports specific technical problems, solving processes and tools that have been use.Requirements Analysis
: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of asystem or software development project.System and Technology Integration
