The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, and SAP GROW solutions, with proven experience in driving full-cycle recruitment for niche SAP roles in global organizations.Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP positions (permanent and contract) across functional and technical streams. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top SAP talent, particularly in S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP programs. - Partner with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and project leaders to understand talent requirements and workforce planning. - Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates with detailed insights into SAP project experience. - Manage & nurture candidate pipelines, maintain accurate ATS/CRM data, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders. - Network with SAP community and execute innovative solutions to attract top SAP talent - Negotiate compensation, offers, and contracts in alignment with client and organizational guidelines. - Provide recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to leadership - Stay updated on SAP industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insights. - Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to building best practices for SAP hiring.Required Skills & Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 4+ years focused on SAP recruitment. - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, SAP RISE, and SAP GROW programs. - Proven track record of hiring SAP consultants (functional, technical, BASIS, security, project managers, architects, etc.). - Solid understanding of SAP project lifecycles, implementation phases, and resource requirements. - Experience working with VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, IQN) and managing vendor/client relationships. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting for global SAP projects across onshore/offshore models. - Familiarity with contract staffing and permanent hiring in India, North America, Europe, and APAC regions. - Strong professional network within the SAP ecosystem.
