• To check in and make seat assignments.

• Enter customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records.

• Explain airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights.

• Process refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors.


Qualifications

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information.
