About the job :

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst with expertise in ETL mapping, Data Mapping, Data Warehousing, and proficiency in SQL.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing systems, designing solutions, and providing technical expertise to ensure effective implementation and optimization of systems.

Responsibilities :

- ETL Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ETL requirements, analyze data sources, and design efficient Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) mappings

- Data Mapping: Develop and maintain data mapping documents to ensure accurate data flow between systems, databases, and applications

- Data Warehouse: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions. Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of the data warehouse environment

- SQL Expertise: Utilize strong SQL skills to query databases, manipulate data, and perform data analysis. Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency

- System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, workflows, and processes. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency

- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents


- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including system designs, data mappings, process flows, and technical specifications. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle

- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of systems and applications to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to requirements. Identify and address any defects or issues during testing phases

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to system analysis, data management, and data warehousing. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance processes and systems

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with a focus on ETL mapping, Data Mapping, and Data Warehousing

- Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance

- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) is a plus
