Management Information System Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the MIS role to enhance our data management capabilities and support decision-making processes with actionable insights.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive commercials executive to manage and streamline the financial and operational activities for our regional premises and Commercial Services Organization (CSO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for budget preparation, expense tracking, reporting, vendor contract management, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Candidate should be well versed with use of SAP & reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget and Financial Management
- Coordinate and prepare the operating (Opex) and capital expenditure (Capex) budgets for regional locations and CSO.
- Develop the final budget based on the previous year’s expenses for premises and CSO operations.
- Monitor budget versus actual expenses on a monthly basis and ensure accurate reporting.
- Ensure the accurate booking of expenses in SAP and rectify any discrepancies within the same month.
- Generate and submit detailed ERR reports, CSS reports, and other required financial documentation.
Expense Reporting and Monitoring
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure proper and accurate expense bookings.
- Create and maintain monthly reports on budget vs. actual expenses for both premises and CSO.
- Oversee outsourced manpower reporting and assist in generating the CSO Assist Report.
Vendor and Asset Management
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and processing all necessary documentation.
- Oversee CDS processing and ensure efficient management of vendor-related activities.
- Monitor and report on assets management, initiating periodic physical verification of assets.
Operational Support
- Ensure seamless coordination with regional teams for financial and operational processes.
- Identify and rectify any operational inefficiencies related to budget and expense management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in budget management, financial reporting, and SAP expense tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and other financial reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor contract management and asset tracking.
