Experience:7–10 Years |HR Tech / HRMS Implementation MandatoryRole Overview Seeking aProject Managerwith strong HRMS/ERP implementation experience to lead end-to-end delivery, process transformation, and large enterprise projects across People, Process, and Technology.Key Responsibilities Lead HRMS projects: due diligence, process mapping, solution design, migrations, and transitions. Own project planning, execution, risks, timelines, and customer communication. Manage multiple onsite/offshore teams and ensure quality, SLAs, and process excellence. Support Sales/Pre-Sales with RFP/RFI responses and solutioning. Translate client requirements into executable functional/technical deliverables. Drive change management and adoption across customer organizations. Present high-level updates to CXOs; maintain dashboards and analytics. Monitor productivity, revenue impact, and key delivery metrics.Required Experience & Skills Must have:2–3+ HRMS/ERP/SAP implementations. Strong process design, project management, and client-facing skills. Advanced Excel, dashboards, Visio, and data analytics expertise. Experience managing large enterprise customers and cross-functional teams. Strong commercial mindset and ability to exceed delivery targets.
