Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Account Executive at Precia Molen India Pvt Ltd in Chennai. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Daily Bank book update and Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable - Bill booking, Vendor reconciliation, and confirmation of balance
- Vendor payment process
- Accounts Receivable reconciliation and Confirmation of balance
- GST reconciliation and entry in books
- MIS reports
- Export and Import documentation to Bank
- TDS workings, remittance, and filing of quarterly returns.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office & SAP Business One
- Knowledge of industrial weighing systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
